WE Local Munich will take place in person at the Paulaner am Nockherberg from the 25th to the 26th of April 2024.
Registration includes:
- Two full days of conference admission, including keynotes, educational sessions, and workshops
- Access to the networking exhibition on Thursday, 25 April
- Sight-seeing tour of Munich after the conference on the afternoon of Thursday, 25 April
- One year of SWE membership (1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025)
Limited Spots Left!
Faculty Attendance: For every five (5) paying students registered for the conference, SWE will provide a discount code to waive the registration cost for one (1) faculty member to join the students. Contact welocal@swe.org for more information.
SWE does not offer bulk registration. Each attendee must register separately.
Reserve Your Hotel Early
Due to multiple city-wide events, hotel rates are likely to be more competitive than usual. If you plan to attend WE Local Munich, please reserve your accommodations early.

WE Local Munich Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to welocal@swe.org no later than 30 days prior to conference. An administrative fee of €25 will be deducted from the total amount originally due/charged. No refunds will be made 30 days prior to the conference.
