Registration includes:
- Two full days of conference admission, including keynotes, educational sessions, special events and workshops
- Access to the Career Fair on Saturday
- Coffee / Tea and light lunch provided on both days

You must register for the conference before booking your hotel room.

Bulk Registration: Groups of five (5) or more are eligible to receive a 10% discount off conference registration.

Faculty Attendance: For every four (4) paying students registered for the conference, SWE will provide a discount code to waive the registration cost for one (1) faculty member to join the students. SWE HQ will email your code once all student registrations have been verified. Take advantage of this offer by January 31st, 2025.
WE Local Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to welocal@swe.org no later than 30 days prior to conference. An administrative fee of $25 USD will be deducted from the total amount originally due/charged. No refunds will be made 30 days prior to the conference.
