Registration includes:

  • Two full days of conference admission, including keynotes, educational sessions, special events and workshops
  • Access to the Career Fair on Saturday
  • Coffee / Tea and light lunch provided on both days

Note: Please ensure the email address used for login is the same email tied to your SWE membership.

You must register for the conference before booking your hotel room.

For discounted sleeping rooms, book directly through our registration portal by FEBRUARY 14th, 2025.

Faculty Attendance: For every four (4) paying students registered for the conference, SWE will provide a discount code to waive the registration cost for one (1) faculty member to join the students. Contact welocal@swe.org for more information.

WE Local Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to welocal@swe.org no later than 30 days prior to conference.  An administrative fee of $25 USD will be deducted from the total amount originally due/charged. No refunds will be made 30 days prior to the conference.
