Registration includes:
- Two full days of conference admission, including keynotes, educational sessions, special events and workshops
- Access to the Networking Exhibition & Reception on Friday
- Coffee / Tea and light lunch provided on both days
- Membership for upcoming fiscal year starting July 2025

You must register for the conference before booking your hotel room.
Faculty Attendance: For every four (4) paying students registered for the conference, SWE will provide a discount code to waive the registration cost for one (1) faculty member to join the students. Contact welocal@swe.org for more information.
WE Local Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to welocal@swe.org no later than 30 days prior to conference. An administrative fee of $25 USD will be deducted from the total amount originally due/charged. No refunds will be made 30 days prior to the conference.
