Registration includes:
- Two full days of conference admission, including keynotes, educational sessions, special events and workshops
- Access to the Career Fair on Friday
- Coffee / Tea and light lunch provided on both days
- Membership for upcoming fiscal year starting July 2025

Bulk Registration: Groups of five (5) or more are eligible to receive a 10% discount off conference registration.

Faculty Attendance: For every four (4) paying students registered for the conference, SWE will provide a discount code to waive the registration cost for one (1) faculty member to join the students.

WE Local Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to welocal@swe.org no later than 30 days prior to conference. No refunds will be made 30 days prior to the conference.
