Let’s All Stretch: Perspective on Workplace Flexibility
Friday, February 23, 2018 from 2:30 to 3:45 p.m.

Research shows that productivity and workplace flexibility are not mutually exclusive, yet workplace flexibility has several benefits for the business and individual(s). Some organizations are struggling to engage employees and retain talent therefore businesses and HR leaders are looking at workplace flexibility as a solution, as well as a competitive edge. There are several organizations that have made significant strides in implementing flexibility practices which include flexible work arrangements, extended time off for family leave, job share with a colleague and opportunities for career exit and re-entry. Each organization manages these career flexibility features differently and there is of course no one size fits all solution.
