Volunteers who volunteer a minimum of 90 minutes will receive a 20% refund on their Premier Registration *after* they have completed their volunteer commitment. To ensure a registration is completed, volunteers must ensure they check-in prior to starting their volunteer shift and at the end of their shift.
Based on volunteer and member feedback, WE Local has revised the on-site volunteer roles to be:
Welcome and check-in attendees as the Greeter! In this interactive role, Greeters assist attendees by checking in attendees to the conference while also troubleshooting registration questions all the while ensuring check-in lines are

As the Navigator, you
help point attendees to where they want to go! Navigators assist attendees and
partners with informational and directional questions from restroom to breakout

Be the connector between the Speaker, attendees and Headquarters! In this highly accountable role, Speaker Relation volunteers report any audiovisual or room logistic questions to on-site Headquarters staff. In addition, this volunteer ensures sessions begin- and -end on time; take attendee headcount and encourage attendees to
