Ann-Kristin has built a global career, starting in Sweden at Ericsson and moving on to the US and UK, working with Cummins, a leading player in engines, power systems, and new energy technologies.
Ann-Kristin has broad experience in product development, project portfolio management, strategic marketing, and sales and service operations. Building strong relationships with regional distribution partners and driving business growth has been a recurring theme throughout her career. Ann-Kristin currently leads a Europe-wide sales and service organization with 15 wholly owned distributors and over 200 local dealers.
Ann-Kristin has an MSc in Automation Engineering from Chalmers, an MSc in Computer Science from Imperial College, and an MBA from Stanford.

Beyond her corporate career, Alessandra is deeply passionate about lifelong learning, creative expression, and thought leadership. In 2022, she co-authored the book "Which of Me are you looking for", marking her first literary contribution—a project that reinforced her belief in storytelling as a force for change. Her relentless curiosity and drive for self-improvement led her to embark on a new chapter in 2023, delving into design and branding. This passion took her to the IED European Design Institute, where she explored the dynamic intersection of art, culture, and technology in two of Europe’s most creative hubs, Florence and Barcelona.
