Rasha Hasaneen, Vice President of Product Management Excellence & Innovation, Trane Technologies
Rasha is a seasoned executive with a broad background in product management, product marketing, engineering, strategy, planning and lean thinking. Rasha joined Trane Technologies from GE, where she most recently served as vice president of digital products for GE Power. Over a series of leadership roles for GE, SAP, Hitatchi, Lucent Technologies and GM, Rasha developed a keen sense of transforming the customer experience through data-driven solutions.
Throughout her career, she has consistently leveraged her technical and business background to bridge the gap between market expectations and technology solutions in engineering-driven companies. She has managed product portfolios through their lifecycle – setting and articulating strategy; working across cultural and organizational boundaries to drive planning and execution; working with customers early and often to enable market adoption; and leading diverse high performing teams to deliver meaningful results.

Susan Ferguson, UN Women
Ms. Susan Ferguson has been recently appointed as UN Women Representative for India. Susan Ferguson is currently the UN Women Representative in Papua New Guinea. She joined UN Women in 2017, after a long career in international development. She has lived and worked in South Africa, Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea, where she has lived for 12 years. Susan has experience working in grass roots development agencies; establishing and managing social services; working within Local, State and Federal Government in Australia on social policy and social programmes. Her diverse career is spanned by the themes of gender equality and social justice.
Susan is a development practitioner and is proud to have been part of UN Women, working to achieve the mandate of equality for women and girls in different countries. Susan, a national of Australia, has a Master’s degree of International and Community Development and has 4 girls. She wants them to grow up in a just world where their contributions are valued and respected.
Shwetambari Shetty, Fitness Guru
Shwetambari Shetty is one of the most loved fitness stars in the country. A small town girl to a banker to a fitness trainer to an entrepreneur, she has spent the last decade changing the face of fitness in the country, making it more available, accessible and affordable through the largest health and fitness chain in India, Cure.Fit.
A commerce graduate with multiple fitness certifications, she was seen on television teaching dance based workouts, heard on radio on prime hour shows, training online to millions on the Cure.Fit App available in India, US and Canada and spreading her knowledge, inspiring and motivating women to take up weight training on social media.
Above all, her motive is to make fit & healthy living a simple task. As simple as using the body to do its basic functionality of movement and using our parents, grandparents and ancestors as reference.
She says – your body is designed to move, so move more often for good health.

Sheenam Ohrie, Vice President, Dell Digital Services – Self Service, Dell Technologies
Sheenam Ohrie is the Vice President for Dell Digital Services – Self Service and APJ CIO Leader at Dell Technologies. At Dell, Sheenam is responsible for the Self Service Support Engineering. Her vision is to transform the IT delivery into a Digital IT-as-a-Service business model through a combination of platforms, products and services. She also serves
as Chairperson for the Women in Action and Family Balance Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at Dell India.
Sheenam has more than 25 years of experience in various aspects of global delivery, product management, testing and leadership roles. As a global executive, Sheenam is a versatile and strategic IT leader. Experienced in information risk management, she applies systemic and broad business perspectives to IT programs. Sheenam plays a key role as an accomplished business leader, with her proven ability in conceptualizing and delivering technology solutions in line with organizational needs. She has expertise in diverse & multicultural global team building, strong networking, partner relationship management and team motivation.
