REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED FOR WE LOCAL HARTFORD
WE Local Hartford will take place at the Connecticut Convention Center at 100 Columbus Blvd, Hartford, CT 06103.
Our host hotel will be the Hartford Marriott Downtown. To make a reservation, book here before Thursday, February 9th, 2023.
Registration includes:
- Two full days of conference admission, including keynotes, educational sessions, special events and workshops
- Access to the Career Fair on Saturday
Note: Discounted member rates will only appear after an individual has logged into the registration platform with their active member credentials. Please ensure the email address used for login is the same email tied to the SWE membership.
Faculty Attendance: For every five (5) paying students registered for the conference, SWE will provide a discount code to waive the registration cost for one (1) faculty member to join the students. Contact membership@swe.org for more information.
Bulk Registration: Groups of five (5) or more are eligible to receive a 10% discount off conference registration. Orders must be received by February 17, 2023. For more information contact:

WE Local Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to membership@swe.org no later than 30 days prior to conference. An administrative fee of $25 USD will be deducted from the total amount originally due/charged. No refunds will be made 30 days prior to the conference.
