Nithya Rajagopalan

Nithya Rajagopalan is currently the Director of Engineering for Strategic Procurement related products in SAP Ariba. She is a technical leader is in cloud computing and machine learning. She has experience in various domains like Telecom, IoT and Retail which accounts for the 7 patents that she has in her name. She is an advocate for girls in technology and women in engineering and has done multiple programs in this area. She is also leading the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative in SAP Ariba. Her favourite hobby is birding and wildlife photography which she likes to do with her family.

Dr Seema ChopraVice President

Dr. Seema Chopra

Dr. Seema Chopra is an Associate Tech Fellow – Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics in Boeing Research and Technology, India, Vice president, Boeing Women in Leadership (BWIL) India and SWE Global Ambassador. Prior to this role, she was with GE as a PHM (Prognostic Health Management) Technical Leader and was involved in the design and developing prognostic health management technologies for Gas turbines. Seema earned her doctorate degree in Control engineering from IIT Roorkee, India and has 35+ publications in various International/National journals & conferences, 8 Technical reports and 8 filed patents.

Madhuri has held a variety of technical and management positions in her long – 14+ years career with IBM. She is an active contributor in the diversity initiatives of IBM and led multiple Diversity events and technical conferences that help in the development of technical leadership for women. In her current role in IBM, she primarily manages the IBM Cloud Security Services development mission in India Software labs and also perform as the Program Manager for Technical Experts Council-India (IBM Academy of Technology Affiliate), India Software Labs Diversity Focal point.

Suchismita Sanyal is currently the Manager, Computational Chemistry & Materials Science at Shell Technology Centre Bangalore, bringing in 18 years of industrial experience in delivering technology solutions. A metallurgist by training, she has 14 years of prior experience with GE Global Research and specializes in using computational techniques for accelerated discovery of materials and devices. She also manages a portfolio of Digital and Computational Projects in her role as the Technology Opportunity Manager of the Digital and Computational R&D Technology Platform, accountable for ideation, inception and end-to-end delivery of advanced technical services across Shell businesses. Her role in building technology pipeline through technical learning offerings, early career technology leadership programs and learning roadmaps. Her responsibility also includes nurturing strategic partnerships with universities to leverage the regional ecosystem. She has an engineering degree in Computer science from the University of Madras. She is a Certified Scrum Master and has worked as an Agile Coach in her previous roles. She is currently President of SWE Pune Affiliate. She is alumni of BITS Pilani, COEP and Certified Sigma Green Belt.
