Nithya Rajagopalan is currently the Director of Engineering for Strategic Procurement related products in SAP Ariba. She is a technical leader is in cloud computing and machine learning. She has experience in various domains like Telecom, IoT and Retail which accounts for the 7 patents that she has in her name. She is an advocate for girls in technology and women in engineering and has done multiple programs in this area. She is also leading the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative in SAP Ariba. Her favourite hobby is birding and wildlife photography which she likes to do with her family.
Dr. Seema Chopra

Dr. Seema Chopra is an Associate Tech Fellow – Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics in Boeing Research and Technology, India, Vice president, Boeing Women in Leadership (BWIL) India and SWE Global Ambassador. Prior to this role, she was with GE as a PHM (Prognostic Health Management) Technical Leader and was involved in the design and developing prognostic health management technologies for Gas turbines. Seema earned her doctorate degree in Control engineering from IIT Roorkee, India and has 35+ publications in various International/National journals & conferences, 8 Technical reports and 8 filed patents.

Her role in building technology pipeline through technical learning offerings, early career technology leadership programs and learning roadmaps. Her responsibility also includes nurturing strategic partnerships with universities to leverage the regional ecosystem. She has an engineering degree in Computer science from the University of Madras. She is a Certified Scrum Master and has worked as an Agile Coach in her previous roles. Being passionate about learning, she has also taught in universities in China and India. Primarily manage Infrastructure and Budget for Automation Solutions. Now, she’s working as Stem Leader at EITS, conducting programs benefitting women employees through H-Cube initiative. Her key contributions to Emerson are in getting the entire infrastructure ready for B Family R12 upgrade, leading a Kaizen to improve Annual Operating Plan for Corporate and Contributing towards the success of EITS through Roundtable and Hands and Hearts for her.
