Register for WE Local Barcelona

WE Local Barcelona will take place in person at the World Trade Center Barcelona from the 25th to the 26th of May 2023. 

Registration includes:

  • Two full days of conference admission, including keynotes, educational sessions, and workshops
  • Access to the networking exhibition on Thursday, 25 May
  • Sight-seeing tour of Barcelona after the conference concludes on the afternoon of Friday, 26 May
  • One year of SWE membership (1 July 2023 – 30 June 2024)

Faculty Attendance: For every five (5) paying students registered for the conference, SWE will provide a discount code to waive the registration cost for one (1) faculty member to join the students. Contact welocal@swe.org for more information.

Bulk Registration: Groups of five (5) or more are eligible to receive a 10% discount off conference registration. For more information contact:

University Student Registration Grant

University students are encouraged to take advantage of this special grant opportunity, which will waive the WE Local Barcelona registration fee for those selected. Applicants who provide thoughtful, detailed answers to the application questions are more likely to be awarded the grant.

  • Notification: Applicants notified of decision by mid-April

Reserve Your Hotel Early

Due to multiple city-wide events, hotel rates will be more competitive than usual. If you plan to attend WE Local Barcelona, please reserve your accommodations early.

WE Local Barcelona Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to welocal@swe.org no later than 30 days prior to conference.  An administrative fee of $25 USD will be deducted from the total amount originally due/charged. No refunds will be made after 25 April 2023.
