Submissions are now closed for the Collegiate Competition. Thank you to everyone who submitted an abstract for consideration. Finalists will be notified soon.
At the WE Local Collegiate Competition, undergraduate and graduate students have the opportunity to present their research to a broad technical audience in three styles: short form abstract submission, visual poster presentation and face-to-face discussion. This allows for students to learn and gain insight on their research, and to receive live feedback and encouragement from others within the STEM field.
Submission Categories
There are two submission categories: Undergraduate Collegiate and Graduate Collegiate. All applicants are required to submit an online abstract for judging.
Finalists
Finalists of the WE Local Collegiate Competition will receive a $250 stipend and complimentary collegiate premier registration to compete in the technical poster competition at WE Local Baltimore. They will also be recognized during the WE Achieve awards ceremony on Saturday evening where three finalists from each category will be awarded first, second and third place.
