Registration includes:

  • Two full days of conference admission, including keynotes, educational sessions, special events and workshops
  • Access to the Career Fair on Saturday
  • Coffee / Tea and light lunch provided on both days

For discounted sleeping rooms, book directly through our registration portal by FEBRUARY 14th, 2025.

Note: Please ensure the email address used for login is the same email tied to your SWE membership.

You must register for the conference before booking your hotel room.

Faculty Attendance: For every five (4) paying students registered for the conference, SWE will provide a discount code to waive the registration cost for one (1) faculty member to join the students. Contact welocal@swe.org for more information.

SWE does not offer bulk registration. Each attendee must register separately. 

WE Local Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to welocal@swe.org no later than 30 days prior to conference.  An administrative fee of $25 USD will be deducted from the total amount originally due/charged. No refunds will be made 30 days prior to the conference.
