After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sheffield, UK, my Cummins career started in 1994 as a college hire in the Cummins Turbo Technologies Aftermarket and Service team. Since then I have held roles in both Product Engineering and Program Leadership and have led many New Product and Technology programs. From 2009 to 2012 I held the role of Director – Asia Engineering with a strong focus on developing our India and China technical centres. Returning back to the UK in 2012 to take up my current role as Exec Director for Research and Engineering in Cummins Turbo Technologies leading 500 global engineers in turbocharger design and development.
In 2016 I graduated the Cummins Exec Development program.
